For "In-Store" Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of purchase with receipt and in original condition for store credit.

For our handmade gifts, most gifts ship out within one to two weeks from the date of order. For items that are not handmade, most gifts ship out within one week. Should there be any concerns with your order guest services will contact you immediately. We use USPS and Fedex. Our shipping rates are standard which is calculated and visible at the time of checkout.
